The first problem is related to list processing. Function list_for_each_entry_safe_reverse() starts at the end of the list and stops if an error is encountered. From there we go back the other way with list_for_each_entry_continue() and then reverse again for list_for_each_entry_safe_reverse(). This back and forth is error prone and very hard to maintain. The second problem is with rproc_del()...
