This patch series add support for hugetlb page migration.

  mm/hugetlb: export hugetlb_entry_migration helper

  powerpc/hugetlb: Add follow_huge_pd implementation for ppc64.
  powerpc/hugetlb: Enable hugetlb migration for ppc64
