[PATCH] mm: remove unused marco writeback

[PATCH] mm: remove unused marco writeback

Unlike others we don't use the marco writeback. so let's remove it to
tame gcc warning:

mm/memory-failure.c:827: warning: macro "writeback" is not used
[-Wunused-macros]
