[PATCH] rapidio: use get_user_pages_unlocked()

[PATCH] rapidio: use get_user_pages_unlocked()

Moving from get_user_pages() to get_user_pages_unlocked() simplifies the code
and takes advantage of VM_FAULT_RETRY functionality when faulting in pages.
