Yes, that's wrong.  It's David's "mm, compaction: persistently skip
hugetlbfs pageblocks".  I'll do this:

Those macros in pageblock-flags.h are obnoxious and reference their
args multiple times.  I'll see what happens if they're turned into C
functions...
