Except bad naming from me, GOOD_AS_MIGRATION_TARGET.
For consistency, it would be better to be SUCCESS_MIGRATION_TARGET
and hmm, BAD? I thought FAIL_IMPROPER_TARGET.
Anyway, I'm not native so I toss it to natives.
