Please, disregard this version.
I have been fixing issues to the point where tools/mm/page-types.c and
tools/testing/selftests/mm/pagemap_ioctl.c pass (mostly for the latter).
So, there is no need to waste time looking here.
I will post RFC v2 shortly.
