Maybe I missed something, but this refactor change looks confused to me.

Why not zswap_store_pages() just reuse the existing zswap_store_page()?

zswap_store_pages()

	for each page in this batch
		size = zswap_store_page(page)
		if (size < 0)
			return size;
		compressed_bytes += size;
	return compressed_bytes;
```
