I think he still has the previous address, so you may want to keep it.

Actually he responded to me off-list, yesterday. He told me he was
happy with that change.

Additionally, I have several times got bounces on his old one. :-)

Yes, I'm happy with it. I've not got time to properly see to the older address, although Ben is correct in saying that it is still a valid address.
