The problem is not with DOSEMU itself, but rather with differences in file locking and caching techniques between DOS/Windows and Linux. Installing and configuring the most recent version of SAMBA (2.2.4) on a computer running the most recent Linux kernel versions (2.4+) can resolve the file locking problems. For more specific info, refer to http://samba.org, especially http://samba.org/samba/ftp/docs/htmldocs/smb.conf.5.html#KERNELOPLOCKS Hope you find this useful... Greg LaBossiere XVIEW SOLUTIONS INC.
