I am new to dosemu and am using it simply to play Sid Meier's
Colonization. I am running Gentoo Linux, 2.6.6-rc1 kernel, and have a SB
Live! PCI card set up to use ALSA and OSS emulation.
But no matter what I do, I can't seem to get Colonization to make any
sound. I have uncommented the lines in /etc/dosemu.conf leaving
everything at the deafult (except for turning on sound emulation) and
have set the BLASTER envirnomnet variable in dosemu using all 6 "T"
options. It still makes no sound. I've also tried the tips in the sound
documentation for using midid and I can't get music either. I'd really
appreciate help.
