I am running Gentoo Linux, 2.6.6-rc1 kernel, and have a SB Live! PCI card set up to use ALSA and OSS emulation. But no matter what I do, I can't seem to get Colonization to make any sound. I have uncommented the lines in /etc/dosemu.conf leaving everything at the deafult (except for turning on sound emulation) and have set the BLASTER envirnomnet variable in dosemu using all 6 "T" options. It still makes no sound. I've also tried the tips in the sound documentation for using midid and I can't get music either. I'd really appreciate help. If you need the program to test, it can be downloaded here: http://theophile.blogdns.com/misc/colonize.zip Thanks in advance! ~Christopher
