  Locking works in 1.1.3.4 under MS-DOS 6.22 and DR-DOS 7.03.
  And not works under FreeDOS with updated kernel to 1.1.26b
  (Build 2026b) and FreeCom to 0.83 Beta 44 [Jul 29 2002 22:42:06].
  I use FoxPro 2.6 for DOS.
