I have some errors in log-file dosemu-1.0.2:

can't use hardware ram in low feature (non-suid root) DOSEMU
CONF: reserving 64Kb at 0xE0000 for 'E' (EMS page frame)
TIME: using 9154 usec for updating ALRM timer
I want write/read data(for realtime managing two stepping motors) in
/dev/ttyS0, but i cant do it. How i can fix this error? How i can set
permission for user for write/read data in /dev/ttyS3? I use RedHat7.3
