Subject: odd console fonts persist
Date: Fri, 31 Jan 2003 20:37:12 +0100	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <20030131193713.5B0933BEA5@localhost.localdomain> (raw)

Hi all, hi Bart,

I tried

$_term_char_set="ibm"
$_external_char_set = ""
$_internal_char_set = ""

and

$_term_char_set="ibm"
$_external_char_set = "cp437"
$_internal_char_set = "cp437"

and

$_term_char_set="ibm"
#$_external_char_set = "cp437"
#$_internal_char_set = "cp437"

and

echo -e '\033(U' before dosemu,

nothing changes.

I checked, which version showed the right fonts in Norton Commander: it is
version 1.0.1-2 (Suse 7.1) and it looks right even in Mandrake 8.1.

Is there another trick to change the font?

Regards

Claudia
