problems compiling dosemu in mdk9.1

HI,

I am tring to compile dosemu, and got into problems. The system is mdk9.1:
gcc 3.2.2
bison 1.35-3mdk
byacc 1.9-13mdk
dosemu dosemu-1.1.4

Here is the compile output
