Was wondering if such thing can be downloaded? I have a
PowerPC and could not found a version for this.

No, DOSEMU only runs on 32-bit x86 machines.  Bart was working with
implementing a QEMU core alongside the vm86 core but I don't think
anything will come with that work until after 1.2.0.
