Depends on dosemu version.

In principle you can set the minicom to /dev/ttypX and
the dosemu to /dev/ptypX, but it is not intended to
work that way. For the better testing you should
set dosemu to /dev/ttypX and the master side should
be opened by some program like modemu or can even be
connected to a TCP port by socat.
