hello list,

I have a dosemu crash problem

We run an foxbased application that crashes after 2 min. I'm running the app
inside a secure terminal via ssh...its so cool, well after about two minutes
the app crashes and dumps...

Redhat 7.3
The server is running dosemu 1.1.1-3 redhat contrib at bero.org

I have
_cpu = "80386"
_ipxsupport = (on)
_dpmi = (0x40000)
and I've tried various ems and xms setting to no avail

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated,

Me and Bart were busily resolving
tonns of the foxpro+IPX issues
in a latest dosemu pre-releases.
To get foxpro to work rather reliably,
you have to get dosemu-1.1.3.2 and
apply all the PIC patches from
dosemu.sourceforge.net/stas
Upcoming dosemu releases will contain
even more fixes for PharLap extender
(on which foxpro is based), but even
for 1.1.3.2+patches the satisfactory
foxpro stability was reported.
Please write back if you can confirm
this because I myself don't use IPX
anywhere.
