Try using a standalone lredir.
Compile the lredir.c from
src/commands (not from
src/plugin/commands) and see
if it also suffers. If it is,
compile it with debug info and
try to locate the problematic

Also try to bypass the config.sys
and autoexec (F5 on boot) to be
sure that it is not a conflicting
software.
