If it doesn't work even under a pure
DOS (ie not linux/dosemu), then it is
out of question also for dosemu.

The program is attempting to alter the
frequency divider of the Square Wave gen
on an RTC chip. This is not supported by
dosemu and rarely used (so most likely
the problem is elsewhere, esp. if it
used to work under dosemu on another

Produce the -D9+hrs log on the system
when your program is OK and on the system
where it doesn't work. Open the bug-report
on SF page and attach that logs to it.
It might be possible to identify the
differences.
