Thanks, ultimately great program!
Actually it absoletes everything I've said yesterday.
With socat, it is enough to do only:
socat tcp-l:5000 PTY,link=/tmp/vmodem
and set $_com2="/tmp/vmodem" and that's it.
Easier than I could ever imagine :)
