Just replaced my mainboard with a new board that uses a different
on-board sound chip and now sound in xdosemo is very choppy. The new
sound chip is an Intel8x0. Any help fixing the sound?
Thanks

There are several magic options
there to help avoiding problems
with the buggy drivers.
These are $_oss_xxx options, play
with them a bit.
What in particular can help, is
increasing $_oss_min_frags and
$_oss_min_extra_frags.
