Hi!
I have since solved the second problem too (base/mouse.c, line 1871 calls
Mouse_xterm.init(), but it is not present when compiling without X support):
I added the missing #ifdef X_SUPPORT around the Mouse_xterm functions in
mouse.c (line 1871 and 2023).
