Hi Edgar,
I simply create this symlink to a legitimate ALSA device (a virtual MIDI
port in this case) :
$HOME/.dosemu/run/dosemu-midi
The link is to /dev/snd/midiC2D0 (because the virtual MIDI device is the
third sound device in my system) and it works beautifully for working
with my favorite MIDI sequencer for DOS (Sequencer Plus Gold). Let me
know if you need more clarification how this works.
