Looking at the code repository I see a pretty intense activity. http://sourceforge.net/p/dosemu/code/ci/8a7cad79ae6797ef4f36abea728903a4bc5a4cca/log/?path= Sure, there was no public release for quite a while, but it's only a matter of packaging I guess.
