Merge Projects

What if I email the head DOSbox developers (dosbox.crew@gmail.com) and 
CC to this mailing list so that we can all figure out if there is any 
way possible to do so? As solarflow99@gmail pointed out, DOSbox is also 
declining. It would benefit both projects if we did find some way to 
merge the projects.

The main feature that we should work on is making DOSEMU multiplatform. 
One user here said he uses DOSEMU to execute accounting software, so we 
should target a large audience.
