If not, does anyone know the mail list address (didn't see it at git hub).
If so, why is dosemu2? Is this like a fork? Or is this improvements
without making changes to the original dosemu?

Since this list was very quiet for a couple
of years, I guess no one would be seriously
hurt if the list is re-used. So feel free to use
it I think.
