The environment:
Samba 2.2.7a
  shared some folder and then mounted with smbfs rw, fmask=777

DOSEMU 1.1.4.11+64bit patch
dos 5.0 booted from bootdir (I tried other doses but it is the same)
lredired the mounted folder

other client is on win platform (w2k or win98)
mounted the same share with net use ...

If I start the app from win client first, the dosemu client cant open the
file
if I start the dosemu client the win client can open the file
