Okay. I found a program that seems to use DPMI, which I assume is what you're suggesting I do. That's Boxer TKO edition, which is the edition of Boxer text editor that allows editing of files exceeding 640k. It has a DOS shell in it. This version of Boxer does indeed load in dosemu, and its DOS shell allows me to load MaxThink. Thanks.
