OK i found it in $prefix/share/dosemu/Xfonts, but I still get the warning. 
My Starnet-Win32-X does recognice the font, (entry's are in fonts.dir and 
fonts.aliases)

Another strange thing ist thateverytime I press a Key  I get an "beep" by 
windows. The Color of the Text is also strange: its blue-green ?!?
