Hi,
I was just wondering which contains the most recent
code, infradead CVS or mainline kernel (2.5.7).
my previous patch post seems to have not made it
to the list.
cvs log tells me that at least mtdblock.c is newer
in CVS than 2.5.7, but I don't see any tags
that look like they correlate to what's in the
Linus tree, although there are a few regarding
2.4 submissions.
I guess I'm just trying to get in the loop...
I could use some info on what gets released
where, when, etc.
Thanks,
Jeremy

Mostly, the stuff in CVS is newer. Some people submit changes directly to
Linus without bothering to Cc me, and those patches tend to take a lot
longer to get merged. Periodically, I send the CVS code to Linus and/or
Marcelo. I did some of that recently, and there's more to come.
