Dear All ,
I'm looking for mtd utils for linux kernel 2.4.20.
It is not possible for me change kernel version because I'm working
on embedded target board supplied by Samsung for s3c2440A and I must use
linux get from Samsung Website.
Can anybody help me ?

IMO, the most straightforward way is to fetch the MTD tree which
corresponds to your kernel's MTD tree from the CVS and compile its MTD
utils.
