Attempt at handling the queuing correctly in nftl.c - we shouldn't
schedule while holding the io_request_lock.
Doesn't work though :( I _HATE_ the Linux block device setup with a
vengeance. I'm off home to sulk for the weekend. If I'm _really_ lucky
someone cleverer than me will have fixed it my Monday.
Well, I can dream :)

When we can't calculate a geometry to match the NFTL size, don't change
the reported size to match the geometry that we _do_ create. This matches
the behaviour of the M-Systems drivers, be it correct or not.

Trying to debug the #define WE_KNOW_WTF_THIS_DOES_NOT_WORK case. To start
with, stop it from using both end_request and nftl_end_request when that's
defined.
Now to find someone clever to look at it and tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Added a notice regarding the legal status of the patent issues.
M-Systems have now granted us a licence to use the patented algorithms in
NFTL on DiskOnChip products, so I've stuck in a notice to that effect
which is basically copied from the existing notice in the FTL code.

i.e.:

  LEGAL NOTE: The NFTL format is patented by M-Systems.  They have
  granted a licence for its use with their DiskOnChip products:

    "M-Systems grants a royalty-free, non-exclusive license under
    any presently existing M-Systems intellectual property rights
