I was wondering if anyone has created a BK version of the MTD repository?
Would this be desirable?

Any idea what was the last version to be integrated with the main Linux
trees?

I will do the integration if it has not been done in a while. What would be
a good CVS tag to use?

I do it occasionally when pushing stuff to Linus or Marcelo, and I
played once with making them available at http://linux-mtd.bkbits.net/
but those are very out of date.

Marcelo has the latest code as of two or three weeks ago. I've merged
most of the changes other than block device crap _from_ Linus' tree into
mine at that time but haven't got round to sending it back to him yes.

I work primarily in the PPC tree. This is very behind. Do you have a
recommended procedure for doing this merge?

PS: Do you want the bkbits tree updated or was this just a test? I also have
a bkbits repository were I could post a tree.

I can talk you through what I generally do, certainly. Want to come to
#mtd on irc.freenode.net (although I'm on a phone conference ATM so I'll
not be too responsive for a little while).

I'm not bothered to be honest -- I can give you access to it if you're
inclined to keep it up to date. I suspect that may be useful -- update
that and then the PPC tree can pull from it -- and so can other people.
