I didn't do that because there is no need to change sector_size. We
have erase maps, which are already part of the params. So that should
be changed. Just in the non-SFDP case we infer the erase map from
sector_size.

Yes the assumption is that - for now - if locking is supported, we
need a nor->info->sector_size.
