I have tried both SuSE Linux 8.0, and Debian 3.9 (Woody). They both install and even work OK from a CLI, but I have KDE problems. The background colour of the pop-up panels is BLACK, and black print doesn't show up very well ! How can I configure the nitty-gritty details of the GUI ? I have no problems on my other Linux machines (which use CRT Monitors). Best regards.
