Subject: SSH + NIS
Date: Thu, 08 May 2003 18:15:53 +0200	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <20030508161554.12536.qmail@linuxmail.org> (raw)

Hello

I have a NIS setup at home, a server and a client.
The problem is that when i connect to the client
via ssh, ssh uses the password from /etc/shadow
(not the NIS password). Can I make ssh to use
the NIS password ? If not, how can i test my NIS
instalation remotely ?

If you need any more info I could provide it to you.

Thanks

Bye
Calin
