I have a Radeon 9600, so I have to use ATI's binary driver to use the 3d. For some reason, glxgears gives me over 2000 fps, but tuxracer freezes everytime I run it. I've tried tweaking with my setting in my xorg.conf file, but all I managed to do was slow down my fps.
