Go to any Slackware 3.5 mirror site (find one via Google if you need to) and look at the Manifest.gz file in the Slakware [sic] directory. You'll find all the packages listed with their contents. In your case, you probably want one of these: fdformat, contained in ./a11/util.tgz superformat, contained in ./a1/aaa_base.tgz In modern distros, I believe that superformat has superseded fdformat for formatting both regular and high-density floppies. -- -------------------------------------------"Never tell me the odds!"-------- Ray Olszewski -- Han Solo Palo Alto, California, USA ray@comarre.com ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - To unsubscribe from this list: send the line "unsubscribe linux-newbie" in the body of a message to majordomo@vger.kernel.org More majordomo info at http://vger.kernel.org/majordomo-info.html Please read the FAQ at http://www.linux-learn.org/faqs
