Thanks, the fix is:

-               sp->autoclose = MAX_SCHEDULE_TIMEOUT / HZ ;
+               sp->autoclose = (__u32)(MAX_SCHEDULE_TIMEOUT / HZ) ;

I'll reply to this mail with the patch in git format.
