I could reproduce these warnings under containers who have minimal
packages needed for htmldocs *only*.

Current "docs-mw" branch doesn't show them.  "build-scripts" is the
one who carries this harmless regression.

By "harmless", I mean "pdfdocs" needs texlive packages anyway.
