Thanks Kevin, and thank for the fix you subsequently submitted.

Well, it looks like 1.0.11 was a brown-paper bag release.  So I have
just released 1.0.12 with those fixes and a couple of others.
Now to work on 1.1.0 with Steve's mount.nfs work.
