If we were going to do something like that, sticking it next to the list
of ops in include/linux/nfs4.h might be nice. And defines might be
sufficient:
#define LAST_NFS40_OP OP_RELEASE_LOCKOWNER
#define LAST_NFS41_OP OP_RECLAIM_COMPLETE
Oh, hah, now that I go to look at that file I see that it already
defines FIRST_NFS4_OP and LAST_NFS4_OP, it just doesn't do the latter
for minor versions. How about just adding a couple new defines there?
If you do that, make it an incremental patch.
