Hi,
I tried to reproduce the situation, but I can not reproduce the bug
with rc4, rc4+experimental on debian/lenny.

Looks like you are using lvm. So differences are:
- debian or Ubuntsu
- bare disk(/dev/sda?) or lvm.
Can you reproduce the bug without using lvm volume?
