CodeComposer Studio and Jtag Emulator, or Omap Flash Loader from 
http://tree.celinuxforum.org/CelfPubWiki/FlashRecoveryUtility?action=AttachFile&do=get&target=omapfl-1.0.tar.gz 
and Usb cabel A-A.
