Support for 35x

Support for 35x

Hi,
I was wondering if any support has been added for the OMAP 35x processors? 

Can I at a minimum run a linux kernel with the console working? I have a TI Zoom OMAP35x Development board and wanted to get the git linux running on it.

If this is not the right forum for this please let me know.

Yes you can. Use the omap_ldp_defconfig to get a default .config
and then build the kernel.

I had earlier submit a patch. But it needs to be refreshed based on comments from Tony.

Do expect an updated patch from me in a couple of days.

Question: Anand mentioned the 'omap_ldp_defconfig'.config file, how does it relate to your patches?

Will the omap_ldp_defconfig work on a 35x and your patches provide additional functionality?
