Subject: [PATCH] ARM: OMAP: Readd Amstrad Delta LEDs platform setup.

The platform init details for the Amstrad Delta LEDs appear to have
been lost in the most recent sync with mainline. This readds it in
exactly the same manner as it existed previously.
