Fix OMAP24XX_PRCM_REVISION and OMAP24XX_PRCM_SYSCONFIG addresses,
which were incorrectly using 3430 PRM_{REVISION,SYSCONFIG} addresses.
Bug found by Richard Woodruff <r-woodruff2@ti.com>.
