That seems to be a regression with the SPI driver. Care to git bisect it?
It's probably one of the following commits:
$ git log --pretty=oneline v4.1..v4.2-rc2 drivers/spi/spi-omap2-mcspi.c
Looks like just modprobe tsc2005 is enough to reproduce it.
